A boda boda rider has been left in tears after he was slapped with a KSh 25,000 for trespassing.
The young rider kept crying as he called on the court to be lenient on him and reduce the KSh 25,000 fine. He lamented that he was a visitor and that he didn’t realise that he was not aware that he was trespassing until after his arrest.
He explained that he was lost in the area, adding that it was an honest mistake for anyone to get lost in new surroundings.
